Navica is the DSS that leverages:

- Satellite Earth Observation (SatEO) data for complete environmental insights

Navica provides fleet operators with data-driven recommendations, minimising fuel consumption, reducing operational costs, and improving overall maritime sustainability.
Outcomes
The Navica pilot demonstration has been launched, engaging three distinct user groups to validate the solution:
- confirming the operational efficiency in reducing fuel consumption and associated costs in fishing activities,
- verifying robust data exchange between on-board systems and remote monitoring stations,
- ensuring it meets industry needs and providing tangible value to end-users.
